To start an Appeal Suspension task you will have first to go to settings and set up a catchall that will be used to receive and send the appeal email
All Fields are required, after adding them click the Save button
Email: The "destination" email, the one you set on the catchall that receives all the forwarded emails
Password: The password of the "destination" email
Host: The domain of the catchall (your domain)
IMAP Server: The IMAP server of your "destination" email (imap.gmail.com for Gmail)
SMTP Server: The SMTP server of your "destination" email (smtp.gmail.com for Gmail)
NOTE: If you are using Gmail as "destination" email you will not be able to use your account password, but you will have to create an app password
If you do not have a catchall, here's how you can get one
After setting up the catchall you can go to the Twitter section and start the Suspension Appeal module, click on Modify Accounts and select Appeal Suspension
It's suggested to set a medium-high delay (20-30s), for the Messages that will be included in the appeal you can generate them with chatGPT, it returns quite good results, you can use prompts like "i need to write to twitter to get my account unlocked, can you write me 20 generic messages". After retrieving the messages make sure to separate them with a semicolon
After selecting the groups you want to submit an appeal for you can start the task. As stated on their form you might or might not get an email that you have to respond to (Tweet Catcher will do that automatically if you set everything right on the catchall settings). Your appeal might get rejected, but you can submit an appeal again
NOTE: To appeal a Twitter suspension it's required to solve a challenge (the same as the temporary lock), as of now YesCapcha seems the faster and more effective provider for this type of captcha, therefore we suggest to use this provider (and disable the others to not waste credits), after you sign-up you can contact support to get some free credit
